How long does mold manufacturing take?
A
Typically 4-8 weeks depending on product complexity and size. Multi-stage precision molds may take 10+ weeks; an exact schedule is provided with each quote.

Is there a minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
A
Mold production starts from 1 set (1 cavity). Injection mass-production MOQ is set by consultation based on product type and cavity count. Single prototypes are also supported.

Do you export internationally?

Yes. We have ongoing export accounts primarily in Japan, and accept orders from the Americas, Southeast Asia, and beyond. We support export documentation including invoices, packing lists, and FTA Certificates of Origin.

Where is your headquarters?

Our headquarters is at 73, Saneop-ro 7beon-gil, Bucheon-si, Gyeonggi-do, South Korea. ~20 min by car from Gimpo Airport, ~50 min from Incheon Airport, and adjacent to Bucheon IC for easy logistics.

Do you also produce prototypes?
A
Yes. We design with CAD/CAM and produce prototypes in quantities from 1 to dozens via a pilot mold or simplified production mold. The same tool can be carried into mass production or upgraded to a full production mold.

What is the Korea Mold Center?

An integrated precision mold machining and measurement facility that SAVE-M operates with, equipped with top-tier global machines such as EXERON EDM, DMG MORI 5-axis machining centers, and HEXAGON CMM, ensuring consistent ultra-precision machining and inspection.

How is quality controlled?
A
ISO 9001-based process control + three-stage inspection (incoming/in-process/outgoing) + HEXAGON CMM verification of dimensions, roundness, and surface roughness. Mass production uses SPC (Statistical Process Control) data to continuously manage defect rates.

A fleet of 50- to 850-ton injection presses including dedicated double-shot (2K) machines and robotic auto-extraction lines, covering everything from small precision parts to large exterior panels.
